Barn.
Conversion of listed barn to residential use. Replacement of slate roof to follow historic aged structure. Reinforced existing complex oak frame to conform to listing specifications, including fitting new conservation roof lights. Internally; first floor, fitted new green oak joists and floor. Ground floor, lime-bedded floor tiling on to concrete base.
Garden Room.
Working from a newly erected timber frame built by David Bodily and stonework by Joerg Brender. Joe completed the job fitting custom water jet cut plywood rafters, Corten steel roof cladding and steel flashing details. As well as fitting new glazing, aluminium doors, plaster work and floor.
