Featured on Grand Designs BBC television program in 2006. Martin and Sue renovated an old Devon farm building for residential use.

Joe was commissioned towards the end of the project to do final finishing work inside and outside the property. Works included: interior lime plaster, external walling and paving. Joe also rebuilt collapsed corner of roadside barn using traditional lime mortar and local stone.
Other jobs completed include: fabrication of new roof with Douglas Fir timbers and reclaimed slate covering. Exterior stonework including driveway, flagstone paths, walls and patio. Construction of larder using an old stone water tank. External lime render to main house. Refurbishment of the conservatory with Travertine limestone flags.
